The Highp message can be requested by a rep or by the manager in the specific time table. After that HCPs receive an SMS message, they click on the link included in SMS. It's a tokenized link and they're able to view a prerecorded video without downloading any application. They see a face that they are familiar with. It may be their key account manager or a key opinion leader or even their MSL, very briefly introducing the topic. Under that video, they can find rich media content, text, presentations, or even interviews with the key opinion leaders provided in the local language. 

Finally, Highp can capture feedback from physicians by including a poll at the bottom of Highp message. It is so important to understand what HCPs are interested in and to be able to tailor-fit the content.
 

Successful results after Highp Highlights campaign.

During the latest campaign of Congress highlights ASCO 2020, we had a much higher reach compared to a traditional conference. We observed a 50% click-through rate. So about 50% of HCPs that received the message were interested enough to open it. Then 85% of physicians provided positive feedback in the poll that was below the content of the message. 

Those results were so good due to the fact that the content was a summarized version of an interesting conference, in good quality, and in the local language.
