The Highp message can be requested by a rep or by the manager in the specific time table. After that HCPs receive an SMS message, they click on the link included in SMS. It's a tokenized link and they're able to view a prerecorded video without downloading any application. They see a face that they are familiar with. It may be their key account manager or a key opinion leader or even their MSL, very briefly introducing the topic. Under that video, they can find rich media content, text, presentations, or even interviews with the key opinion leaders provided in the local language.
