Introduction

We receive and collect certain information to provide, improve, individualize, support and sell our services (i.e. Highp Messages, Highp Insights, Highp Remote). The data are collected, while users (i.e. persons to whom customers have assigned access to the services) install, use and access our services and while the recipients of the services (i.e. the persons to whom the services are addressed) access the services in their respective ways (e.g. for Highp Messages through a dedicated and unique webpage and a link to it).

The information we receive and collect varies depending on how our services are used. While the nature of service remains unchanged, customers (i.e. companies that have entered into an agreement with us and purchased the services and are the data controllers in the GDPR meaning) can customize how the services are provided, which can influence the types of data collected, both from recipients of the services and users.

Certain information is required for the provision of the services. For example, an email address is necessary to create a user account, which then enables the use of services.

The service provider, as the processor, regarding the data, has no legal obligation to prove the data are legally obtained, however, depending on the customer’s choice, the service provider may process the requests regarding the rights of data subjects as in Articles 15 et seq. of GDPR.
